摘要
在热挤压工艺中挤压力是非常重要的参数,目前主要采用估算的方法来获得其数值,且没有针对管状材料的经验公式。在分析了挤压温度、变形速度、磨擦系数及模具角度等工艺参数对钢管热挤压中挤压力影响的基础上提出了适于钢管热挤压的修正计算公式,提高了计算精度。
Extrusion force is a very important craft parameter in hot extrusion, and its value was obtained mainly from experienced formula, especially the formula for pipe material was not established. In the paper the parameters which affected extrusion force such as extrusion temperature, extrusion speed, coefficient of friction and mould angle were analyzed, and a suitable revising formula was put forward for hot extrusion force of steel pipe.
