本文首先介绍了成分血的种类、各类制品的保存及榆注注意事项,以利指导临床用血。其次较详细地阐述了各类血制品的输注与护理,以提高护理人员的风险意识,增强护理人员对患者输注成分血的风险处理能力。护理操作中的三查七对、无菌技术操作是安全输血的前提,而强烈的责任心及全面的输血知识则是安全输血的关键。榆成分血既能节约血源,又能减少疾病的传播和输血反应的发生。临床护士能否熟练掌握各种成分血的特点而正确输注,是保证输血安全和有效的关键。
This article firstly the types of blood components, the preservation of various types of products and matters needing attention, and guidance of blood for clinical use. And then it states in detail the infusion and various types of blood products care to raise the awareness of the risks of the nursing staff, and enhanced nurses' ability to deal with infusion in patients with the risk of blood components. The three examinations, seven pairs, aseptic technique in nursing are the premise of safe blood transfusion. The strong sense of responsibility and a comprehensive knowledge of the blood transfusion are the key to safe blood transfusion. Blood transfusion can save blood sources and reduce the spread of diseases and the occurrence of transfusion reaction. Whether clinical nurses can skillfully master the characteristics of the various components of blood transfusion and give proper infusion can ensure safe and effective transfusion.
