摘要
目的:探讨结肠镜在糖尿病合并缺血性结肠炎诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析26例糖尿病合并缺血性结肠炎临床及内镜下表现。结果:26例患者在不同的临床期呈现了相应的内镜下表现。结论:结合病史及临床表现,结肠镜检查对糖尿病合并缺血性结肠炎有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective ：To evaluate the value of endoscope in diagnosing synchronous occurrence of diabetes mellitus and ischemic colitis. Methods ： Clinical and endoscopic appearance in 26 cases with synchronous occurrence of diabetes mellitus and ischemic colitis were reviewed. Results：Different endoscopic appearances were found in three stages of ischemic colitis in 26 cases. Conclusion：Combined with medical history and clinical appearances ,endoscopy was an effective diagnostic modality with high clinical value for synchronous occurrence of diabetes mellitus and ischemic colitis.
