摘要
当前,独立学院教育质量监控存在质量目标不清晰、监控主体缺位、内控机制不完善等问题。针对这些问题,独立学院要树立明确的质量目标,明确各个监控主体的责任,完善质量内控机制,建立质量奖惩机制,构建质量社会评价机制,从而切实保障和提高教育质量。
It is essential to improve the education quality monitoring system of independent college. There are problems exist in the monitoring of independent colleges＂ education quality, such as the obscurity of quality objectives, the vacancy of monitoring subject, the imperfections of internal control mechanism .etc. Aiming at these problems, we should establish specific quality objectives, confirm the responsibility of every monitoring subjects, improve the quality of internal control mechanism; set up a quality system of rewards and penalties and construct a quality social evaluation mechanism, so as to protect and enhance the education quality of independent colleges.
