摘要
保护生态环境,实现林业的可持续发展需要发展"数字林业",而"3S技术"是实现"数字林业"的基础核心技术,3S技术的发展必将带动"数字林业"乃至整个林业的大发展。为此,对林业的发展概况,"数字林业"中3S技术的应用以及发展前景进行了论述,以期对林业的发展提供参考。
It is necessary to develop digital foresty for protecting ecological environment and implementing the continual development of foresty. The 3S technology （including GIS, GPS and RS） is the basically and nuclear technology to develop digital foresty and with the development of the 3S technology, the digital foresty will achieve greater development. The development of foresty, the applications in digital foresty are introduced briefly in this paper to provide information for further development of foresty.
