摘要
采用多学科集成的设计理念,将三维建模、人机交互以及虚拟样机技术等引入棉花精量排种器的设计研发中。通过建立一种机械式棉花精量排种器的参数化模型,运用离散元法仿真种子流在不同结构参数和其它设计参数情况下的运动特性,分析设计参数变化对样机性能的影响,获得各参数主次顺序的最佳组合,找出优化设计的方向。这种新的设计理念具有节约开发成本、缩短开发周期、简化开发过程、操作简单、应用灵活、用户交流界面友好等特点,为棉花精量排种器的设计研究提供了新的思路。
With multi-disciplinary integrated design idea, three-dimensional modeling, man-machine conversation and ADAMS have been introduced to design and optimize cotton precision seed-metering device. One kind of mechanical parameterization model of the cotton precision seed-metering device has been established, motion of seeds flow has been situated by DEM in different design parameters and in other design variable situation~ The influence to modeling with design parameters' change has been analyzed, and optimized design direction has been obtained. This kind of new design idea saves development cost, redacts development cycle, simples performance history, and operation simply, application nimble, characteristics and so on friendly user exchange contact surface, provides the new mentality for the cotton precision seed-metering device research.
