摘要
针对农村电网点多面广,负荷率低,负荷变化大等特点,重点分析了继电保护、电网无功补偿、线损偏高等难点,提出了具体解决方案,并对农村电网防雷以及运行、维护问题提出实施措施。
As to the characters of rural network, difficulties in separating operating equipment, overlapping of operating work, low load rate, and fast load change, difficulties such as the relay protection, reactive compensation, and high line loss are analyzed. Solutions are proposed, and suggestions to network operation, maintenance, and lightning protection are put forward.
