摘要 目的观察Calbindin-D28k在小鼠肾发生发育中的表达规律。方法应用蛋白印迹技术对各组小鼠肾Calbi-ndin-D28k的表达进行定量检测。结果胚龄12 d Calbindin-D28k表达量极低;胚龄14 d到胚龄16 d表达量增加;胚龄16 d到胚龄18 d表达量无显著性变化;胚龄18 d到生后7 d表达量明显增加;生后7 d到生后14 d,Calbindin-D28k表达量减少。生后14 d到生后40 d,Calbindin-D28k表达量无显著性差异。结论从胚龄12 d到生后7 d期间Calbindin-D28k表达的逐渐增强与小鼠肾钙离子转运能力的完善可能有一定的关系。 Objective To observe the expression rules of Calbindin - D28k during renal development of mouse. Methods Western blotting technique was used to measure the protein content of Calbindin - D28k at different development stages of embryonic and postnatal mice. Results At E12, Calbindin -D28k expression could be hardly detected in the kidney. From E14 to E16, the expression was increased, There was no significant difference from E16 to E18. From E18 to N7, the expression of Calbindin - D28k was increased obviously, From N7 to N14, the expression of Calbindin - D28k was decreased, There was no significant difference between N14 and 40. Conclusions The expression of Calbindin - D28k is weak at E12, and is enhanced with ages to the peak at N7, and decreased thereafter. Calbindin - D28k is a calcium ferry protein in cytoplasm and is very important to renal calcium reabsorption during the development of kidney.
