摘要
在对新撮镇历史和现实分析的基础上,认为通过实施特色立镇、工业强镇、品牌兴镇、创新整合、城乡统筹"五大战略",构造"六大保障",打造"五大优势产业",实现区域功能由集镇向城市组团转变、居民实现由农民向市民转变的"两大转变",最终实现城乡一体化。
Based on the analysis of history and realism in Cuozhen Town, the authors take the viewpoint that to realize the ultimate goal of integrating urban and rural areas, we should carry out the five strategies： to implement the distinct function transformation, develop industry, create famous brand, integrate innovation, and coordinate development of both urban and rural areas, set up six security systems, and build five advantage industries, in order to change the market town into the city group, and the inhabitant from farmer to citizen.
