柏崎·刈羽核电厂在超设计基准地震发生后未造成严重事故,证明了日本核电厂具备抵御超设计基准地震的能力;日本在地震后如何检查、修复和恢复核电厂的运行值得密切关注;文中对一址多堆、地震与应急、业主与责任和地质地震调查提出了见解。
Japan＇ s Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear power plant caused no serious accident in beyond design basis earthquake. It proves that the Japanese nuclear power plants have the capacity of resist with beyond design basis earthquake. It is worth closer attention on that the Japan how to examine, repair the nuclear plant and recover the operation of the plant. This article puts forward some views on the multi-reactor sites, earthquake and emergency, the responsibility of the owner and the investigation of the geology and earthquake.
