摘要
农村金融是构成一国宏观金融体系的重要组成部分。通过对农村金融发展现状和存在的问题分析来看,我国农村金融的困境日益凸现,农村金融落后已成为制约我国建设社会主义新农村的瓶颈。随着农村金融改革整体推进,构建完善的"三农"服务金融体系应该是科学发展观在农村金融中的实现途径。
The rural finance is the important proportion of macro-finance system.Seeing from the development and the existence of rural finance, the financial difficulty is more and more obvious. It has been a factor which prevents the new rural reconstruction. With the whole process of rural financial innovation, reconstructing the system of ＂three agriculture＂ service financial system should be the practical way in the opinion of scientific development.
