摘要 太平洋世纪广场丸之内大厦为地下4层,地上32层,塔楼1层的办公大楼建筑,竣工于2001年11月。建筑设计上要求排除临近巨大换气塔的影响,将高层部分尽量用4根细长的大柱高高举起。为此,结构上采用了由CFT柱构成的巨型结构体系。本文介绍了该大厦的结构设计和抗震设计的主要内容,包括巨型结构、巨型柱、转换梁以及粘性体制振墙等结构构件的设计细节,供设计人员参考。 Pacific Century Place Marunouchi Building in Tokyo is an office building composed of 4 stories under ground, 32 stories above ground and 1 story tower, it was built in October, 2001. According to the design requirement of excluding the influence of the nearby subways ventilation tower as much as possible, the upper-story part of this building is lifted by a supper structure system with just 4-huge columns. And the 4-huge columns are designed in CFT (Concrete Filled in Tube) to realize the idea of slender and beauty. In this paper, the structure design and earthquake-resistance design is introduced in this paper, including the huge structure, super column, transfer beam and viscous vibration control wall. It may be useful for the design engineers for reference.
