摘要 建立电解铝清洁生产评价指标体系的重要环节是合理确定各指标的权重.通过建立评价指标因素集、评判集、权重集和隶属函数等集合,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,通过模糊综合评判判断电解铝企业清洁生产等级.结果表明,这种评价法比较客观合理,能够量化清洁生产水平,对企业实施清洁生产有明确的指导作用. The key in establishing index system for clean production evaluation of aluminum electrolysis is to determine reasonably the weight of each index. Through setting up the fuzzy sets of evaluating index factor, judgment, weight and subjecting - functions, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight of each index, the clean production evaluation of aluminum electrolysis was carried out by using fuzzy" comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the method is objective and reasonable, and can quantify the level of clean production. It could guide electrolysis aluminum enterprises to bring clean production into better effect.
