指出土地投资决策涉及到的很多模糊性和不确定性因素,是个灰色系统,基于层次灰关联度的地块评价原理,探讨了基于层次灰关联度的地块评价步骤,并结合实例进行了说明,以提高决策的科学性和精确性。
The paper points out that soil investment decision is a gray system,it involves many vague and unstable factors.Based on the ground-blocks evaluation theory for level gray-related degree.It also discusses the procedure for ground-blocks evaluation on level gray-related degree.Meanwhile,through combined with actual example,it also makes a elaboration,so as to enhance the decision＇s correctness and preciseness.
