摘要
目的了解当前太原市农民工参加医疗保险的状况,为建立健全农民工的医疗保障制度提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对太原市1100名外来农民工就对医疗保险的认识、参加社会保险情况、未参加医疗保险的原因等内容进行了调查和访谈。结果有效问卷911份,有效回答率95.89%。调查对象中有5.0%的农民工参加了养老保险,10.9%参加了医疗保险,13.7%参加了工伤保险,54.3%人未参加任何保险。影响参保率的原因有年龄、文化程度、收入等。结论开展适应农民工群体流动性、多样性的特点,实行以大病统筹为主体的多层次、多险种的医疗保障。
Objective To investigate the present situation of migrant workers participating in medical insurance,and to provide an evidence for establishing a sound medical guarantee system for migrant workers.Methods By means of questionnaire survey and interview,their understanding on the medical insurance,participation in social insurance,and reasons for not participating in medical insurance were investigated in 1 100 migrant workers in Taiyuan.Results Of 1 100 survey distributed,911 valid（95.89%）were analyzed.Of 911 migrant workers,5.0% participated in endowment insurance,and 10.9% in medical insurance,13.7% in industry and business insurance,and 54.3% didn＇t participate in any insurance.The participation rate was related to age,educational degree,income and the understanding in the medical insurance.Conclusion To practice multi-level multi-type medical insurance and take the comprehensive arrangement for serious disease as the main body would be good ways for meeting the need of migrant workers.
