摘要
煤矿水灾害会对煤矿造成巨大的财产损失。建立煤矿水灾害救治的物流系统,可以更加有效地调配各种救灾物资,使救灾工作能快速、有序地进行。利用管理学中物流系统模型的理论和方法,建立了面向煤矿水灾害救治的物流系统模型,并采用物元——可拓评价方法对救治系统的可靠性进行了实证分析。结果表明,该系统对我国煤矿水灾害的救治工作能起到较好的理论指导作用,并从整体上提高煤矿水灾害救治的效率、可靠性和经济性。
Coal-mine flooding brings a great loss of property to coal-mine corporation. Building logistics system of rescuing coal-mine flooding will dispense all kinds of materials efficiently and make the rescuing work fast and orderly. Based on theories and methods of logislics system model in managent science, this paper establishes a coalmine flooding resue-oriented logistics system model. A matter-element and extensible evaluation method was used to appraise the system' s reliability via a case study. The result shows that this system can direct the rescuing work in theory and efficiently improve the rescuing work on the whole.
