摘要
涡轮钻具设计方案的评价是方案设计中的关键。根据绿色设计的思想,在考虑技术性、经济性的同时兼顾产品的环境、资源和能源属性,从技术功能、经济性和绿色性三个方面将影响涡轮钻具设计方案评价的15个因素按层次归类,建立了基于绿色设计的涡轮钻具设计方案的评价体系。针对评价中的不确定性因素,采用模糊变换理论建立了评价的数学模型,由层次分析法确定了各因素的权重系数,以4种典型的涡轮钻具设计方案为实例进行了模糊综合评价,应用加权平均法对4个方案的评价结果进行了排序,分析表明,独立悬挂复式涡轮钻具和浮动定/转子复式涡轮钻具均为可行方案,其中独立悬挂复式涡轮钻具方案是目前技术水平下较为理想的设计方案,分析结果与实际应用基本吻合,验证了评价体系和评价方法的可行性。
Turbodrill structure evaluation is the key step in turbodrill design. Based on green design principle, the attributes of environment, resource and energy source were considered along with technology and economic attributes. Thirteen factors were categorized based on technology function, economy function and green function, and the evaluation system was established. Considering uncertainty of factors in evaluation, fuzzy transformation theory was used to create the mathematical model for evaluation. The weight vector was determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method. Four typical sets of design scheme for turbodrill were evaluated. The evaluation result was sorted by weighted mean. The analysis indicates that the scheme of multiple turbine sections with independent bearing section and scheme of the multiple turbine sections with floating turbine stators or rotors were feasible. The first one was the best under existing technological conditions. The evaluation result agreed with the practical application which verified the applicability of this evaluation method.
