摘要
社会经济发展改善了医疗保健服务，也驱动人们对医疗保健的更高需求。医疗保健规划人员和医疗设施设计人员在不断地寻求适合当今社会经济体系的医疗服务模式。先进技术包括计算机科学对医疗服务体系及医院设计带来重大影响。优美的室内设计能改进医疗服务，以信息高速公路联网的智能化医院正在出现。在合理化标准化基础上发展的模块体系是医院设计的一种方法。我国的医院建筑规划与设计师正在面临机遇与挑战。
Socio-economical development has improved people's health care.In turn,it also drives the further requirement of health service. Health planner and health facility designer are continuously looking for better health service model.A good health service model which cope with the present socio-economic system could also make the best use of limited health resource.One of its new trend is ‘unbounded campus with small satelite health institution’.Advanced technique including computer sciences has a great impact on both health service system and hospital design. Centralized or dispersed type radiology department,new types of operating department, the ascendent of emergency service,the changing of allocation of building area in hospital, etc.All points mentioned above are related to this influences. Besides,better interior design could improve the health service,intelegent hospitals linked with information highway are emerging. Template system based on rationalization and standardization approach is one of the hospital design method.It was trialed and implimented by several institutions.Health sector in China is facing growth and change.Through carefully study,we could learn more from those foreign experiences.
