摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,在农村的政治经济发展中,各种基层组织负责人担负着重要责任。在客观描述基层组织负责人现状和培养培训机制的基础上,系统地分析了现有培养机制的一些弊端,并根据实际情况提出建设专门机构、建立长效机制、分类教学、更新培训内容、组织编写教材等加强农村基层组织负责人培养的一系列可行性措施。
The construction of socialist new countryside is an important historic task of modernization in China. The person who in charge of rural gassroots organizations played a significant role in the development of rural politics and economy. On the basis of objective description of present status of person who in charge of rural gassroots organizations and the training mechanism, the disadvantages of current training mechanism were systematically analyzed. Feasible measures for strengthening the training of such person were put forward according to the actual situation including setting-up special institutions, estab- lishing sustainable mechanism, assorted education, updating training content, and compiling textbooks.
