对27个大中型煤炭企业调查统计显示,职工教育培训工作有了新发展,煤炭行业职工队伍文化结构、职称结构、技能等级结构有所改善,但仍低于全国平均水平。
Reveal to the investigation statistics of 27 large-and-middle-scale coal enterprises, the training of worker education has new developments, the staff and workers＇ culture structure, professional title structure, skill grade structure of coal trade are improved to some extent, but still is lower than the average national level.
