摘要
在分析了甘肃省发展现代农业的优势和制约因素的基础上,根据现代农业的特点,结合甘肃省的实际,提出甘肃发展现代农业要加大财政投入,加强农业基础设施建设;注重生态环境的保护与建设;调整农村经济结构,突出优势和特色,强化区域功能;转变农业增长方式,推进农业产业化,提高农业组织化程度;推进农业科技创新和技术推广;加强农民培训,提高农民科技文化素质;
On the basis of analysis on advantages and constraints of the developing modem agriculture in Gansu province, this paper proposed some of the recommendations on developing modem agriculture in accordance to the characteristics of modem agriculture and the status of Gansu Province. We should increase financial input and strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction; pay attention to the protection and building of the ecological environment; adjust the structure of rural economy, highlight advantages and features and reinforce regional function; change the mode of growth in agricultural and promote agriculture industrialized and increase agricultural organization; promote agricultural science and technology innovation and extension; strengthen farmer training and improve their science and cultural quality, and improve public services of agriculture.
