利用锁相探测技术探测铯冷原子荧光谱的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过俘获光频率调制,实现了铯冷原子荧光的锁相探测,得到了荧光谱信噪比改善52倍的结果·研究了锁相解调参量与荧光谱信噪比的关系;当灵敏度为1mV和时间常量为1s时,获得最大信噪比为204的荧光信号· The phase-lock detection of cold Cs atoms' fluorescence is provided by modulating the frequency of trapping beams in a MOT. The SNR of fluorescence signal is 52 times as much as the direct detection. The relationship between SNR of fluorescence spectrum and demodulation parameters is studied. When the best experimental demodulation parameters S and T are found with S= 1 mV, T= 1 s, the best SNR is 204.
