摘要
目的研究卵巢浆液性癌组织中P—ERK的表达特点及与其发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对56例卵巢浆液性肿瘤(其中良性卵巢浆液性肿瘤11例,交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤12例,卵巢浆液性癌33例)和10例正常卵巢组织进行p—ERK蛋白检测。结果卵巢浆液性癌组织的过表达率为75.6%(25/33),交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤的过表达率为41.7%(5/12),均明显高于正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢浆液性肿瘤,它们之间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);卵巢浆液性癌组织过表达率高于交界性卵巢浆液性肿瘤(P〈0.05);卵巢浆液性癌患者不同临床分期(Ⅰ/Ⅱ期与Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)、病理分级及有无腹水、有无淋巴结转移间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论p—ERK与卵巢浆液性癌发生发展的生物学行为和预后可能有关,可作为重要的生物学标记物。
Objective To study the relationship between p - ERK protein expression and its biological behaviors in ovarian serous cancer. Methods The expression of p - ERK in 56 specimens from patients with ovarian serous tumor which included three groups:33 samples of ovarian serous cancers; 12 samples of borderline ovarian serous tumors and 11 samples of benign ovarian serous tumors and 12 samples of normal ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method of strept audin - biotin complex. Results There was significantly higher overexpressive rate of p - ERK in ovarian serous cancers ( 75.6% ) and borderline ovarian serous tumors(41.7% ) than that in benign ovarian serous tumors and normal ovarian tissues( P 〈 0.05), and a higher overexpressive rate of p - ERK in ovarian serous cancers than that in borderline ovarian serous tumors ( P 〈 0.05 ). Overexpressive rates of p - ERK were found significant differences in different clinical stages ( Ⅰ to Ⅱ and Ⅲ to Ⅳ ), different histological grades, with or without ascites and lymphatic metastasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion p - ERK may be associated with the carcinogenesis, biological behaviors and prognosis of ovarian serous cancer. It may be used as important biological marker in ovarian serous cancer.
