中共十七大报告指出:"弘扬中华文化,建设中华民族共有精神家园。"这一重要论述对于兴起社会主义文化建设的新高潮,提高中国文化软实力,具有重要的指导意义。中华文化博大精深、源远流长,在世界文化之林独树一帜,千百年来一直成为中华民族共同的文化根基和精神家园。精神家园是安顿人类思想魂魄的文化归宿,中华文化是统摄中华民族共有精神家园的文化根基,中华民族共有精神家园建设是内化与外显中华文化本质精髓的实践要求。
The report in the 17th National People＇ s Congress of the CPC has the saying of ＂Promoting and developing the Chinese culture to construct the spiritual home owned by the Chinese nation＂, which has great significance in the construction of socialist culture. For thousands of years the Chinese culture has been the root and spiritual home owned by the Chinese nation, greatly wide and unique in the world. The spiritual home is the end -result of human thoughts. The spiritual home is the practical demands of the Chinese culture.
