摘要
为了充分考虑平面磨削优化过程中的不确定性问题,采用正交试验设计方法进行磨削试验研究。基于多指标正交试验数据,运用模糊数学理论,建立平面磨削用量与表面粗糙度、金属切除率之间的隶属函数及模糊关系,并对平面磨削过程进行了模糊综合评价。
Introduced a design method about grinding process based on orthogonal test for indeterminacy of the plane grinding process optimization. The membership function and fuzzy relation are set up between plane grinding parameters and surface roughness and rate of metal excision, based on the multi - index orthogonal test data, applied the fuzzy mathematical theory. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation about the plane grinding process is attained.
