摘要
研究了车内噪声产生机理,阐述了车内结构噪声治理的试验与理论计算方法,建立了乘用车车内结构噪声治理的流程,主要包括车辆噪声振动测试、车内噪声产生原因分析、白车身有限元模态分析、白车身模态试验、车室声学分析、车身结构优化等。按照该流程进行了实际车辆车内结构噪声的治理,显著降低了车内结构噪声,提高了该车辆的NVH特性。
This paper studied the mechanism of interior noises,discussed test and theory calculation methods of interior structure noise control,and established the flows of passenger car's interior structure noise control,including vehicle noise vibration testing,analysis on cause of interior noise,FEM modal analysis of body-in-white,modal test of body-in-white,chamber acoustics analysis and body structure optimization etc.Based on the flows,the interior structure noise control was carried out,it indicated that the flows could decrease interior structure noise remarkably and improve NVH characteristics of the vehicle.
