摘要
研究了微量元素C对NiAl合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,C微合金化后的NiAl合金组织由单相NiAl组成,随着C含量的增加,横向晶粒尺寸变小。适量的C能够导致多晶NiAl合金的硬度和屈服强度降低,即产生了合金软化的现象。
The effects of alloying with small amount of C on the microstructure and mechanical behavior of NiAl were studied. The results indicate that the microstructure of the as-cast NiAl is composed of single–phase NiAl. The grain size of landscape orientation reduces with increasing the C content. It is found that a certain level of C addition can reduce the hardness and yield strength of the polycrystalline NiAl alloys, i.e., a phenomenon of alloy softening.
