低温大温差空调与常规空调冷冻水管路设计计算比较 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了空调水管路的计算方法和设计原理,通过水力计算实例,对比了低温大温差空调冷冻水系统与常规空调冷冻水系统在管径尺寸、管路阻力、管路初投资及电耗方面的差异。研究结果表明:当冷冻水供回水温差从5℃增大到12.5℃时,可节省冷冻水管路系统投资约20%,降低水泵电耗达55-66%。因此,对一定负荷的空调系统而言,采用冷水低温大温差空调代替常规空调可节省冷水管路系统的投资和能耗。 The calculation methods and design principles of chilled water pipelines are analyzed. Based on a hydraulic calculation example, the dimension, pipeline resistance, pipeline system energy consumption and capital cost of large temperature difference air conditioning systems are calculated and compared with conventional air conditioning systems. The results indicate that when the temperature difference between chilled supply-water and return-water increases from 5 ℃ ( △ t = 5 ℃ ) to 12.5 ℃( △ t = 12.5℃ ), the capital cost of a chilled-water pipeline system with large temperature difference is about 20% less, and the power consumption of the pump about 55 -66% lower than for a conventional air conditioning system. Therefore, for air-conditioning systems with a certain cold load, adopting low temperature chilled water systems with large temperature differences instead of conventional air conditioning systems there will be savings in energy consumption and investment costs of the piping system.
