飞机双弹洞损伤整体胶接修补技术参数分析 被引量:1

摘要 结合飞机战伤实际可能出现的多弹洞损伤整体修补问题,本文以双弹洞损伤结构为研究对象,采用Farhad Tahmasebi胶接弹簧元修补模型进行了数值模拟,详细分析了两种典型类型的双弹洞损伤整体胶接修补结构中双弹洞相对位置、补片尺寸以及厚度对修补后强度的影响。主要结论:(1)双洞间距的差异影响修补效果;(2)胶膜的承剪能力对修补效果的影响很大;(3)含贯穿性裂纹的双弹洞损伤与无贯穿性裂纹的双弹洞损伤相比,从修补效果到修补方法,都有较大差异。 Integral bonded repair for aircraft structures with battle damage of double battle-holes was studied in this paper. The effects of the relative position of two holes, the patch sizes, and the patch thicknesses on the strength recovering efficiencies of two typical types of repaired structures were analyzed by using Farhad Tahmasebi adhesive model. We draw the following conclusions: (1) Distance between the double battle-holes influence the covering efficiency; (2) Shear load ciency; strength ( 3 ) For double battle-hole strength rebearing capacity of adhesive plays an important role in strength recovering effidamages with perforative cracks and those without pefforative cracks, both the recovering efflciencies and the repair methods are different.
