摘要 目的观察510.6 nm激光照射兔在体腹主动脉壁24h后,血管平滑肌细胞超微结构的变化及其与激光剂量的关系。方法新西兰白兔12只,由股动脉导入柱状光纤至腹主动脉,在血管腔内进行分段激光照射,根据光照剂量分为6组。1~5组的光剂量分别为100mW/cm^2×500 s、100mW/cm^2×1000 s、150mW/cm^2×1000 s、200mW/cm^2×500 s、200mW/cm^2×1 000 s;第6组为对照组,不照射激光。照光后24 h处死动物,取照射段血管组织,观察血管平滑肌细胞的超微结构的改变。结果兔腹主动脉经功率密度为100 mW/cm^2或150 mW/cm^2的激光照射后,血管平滑肌细胞出现以细胞凋亡为主要特征的形态结构改变,其损伤部位以线粒体为主。功率密度为200 mW/cm^2的激光照射后,血管平滑肌细胞以坏死为主。激光照射后兔血管平滑肌细胞的上述形态变化主要与激光功率密度和照射时间有关。结论功率密度为100 mW/cm^2或150 mW/cm^2的510.6 nm激光照射后24 h在体兔血管平滑肌细胞出现凋亡。 Objective To observe the change in uhrastructure of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) 24 h after 510. 6 nm laser irradiation on abdominal aorta of rabbits, and the relationship with light dose. Methods Twelve New Zealand rabbits' abdominal aortas were irradiated with the pillar optical fiber entered through femoral artery. There were 6 groups according to light dose: ( 1 ) 100 mW/cm^2 × 500 s, (2) 100 mW/cm^2 ×1 000 s, (3) 150 mW/cm^2× 1 000 s, (4) 200 mW/cm^2 × 500 s, (5) 200 mW/cm^2 × 1 000 s, (6) control group. Rabbits were sacrificed 24 hours later, the morphological changes in blood vessel tissues were observed by electron microscope. Results Apoptosis was observed in VSMC in the groups with 100 mW/cm^2 and 150 mW/cm^2 power density, and the damage was mainly in mitochondria. Necrosis was the main appearance in VSMC in the groups with 200 mW/cm^2. Conclusions 510. 6 nm laser irradiation can induce VSMC on abdominal aorta of rabbits apoptosis 24 h later at power density of 100 mW/cm^2 or 150 mW/cm^2.
