摘要
财务管理是现代企业管理的核心,随着中国加入WTO、中国经济日趋国际化,中小企业财务管理中存在的问题更加突出。中小企业面对新的形势和要求,必须转变观念,运用新的财务管理手段和方法,从自身找原因,提高全员素质,跟上时代步伐,促进企业健康发展。
The finance management is a modern enterprise management of core, join the WTO along with China, the Chinese economy internationalizes gradually, the existent problem is more outstanding in the small enterprise finance management.Win the small enterprise faces the new situation and requests, must change the idea, making use of the new finance management means and methods, seeking the reason from the oneself, raising the whole member character, keeping up with the step of the ages, promoting the healthy development of enterprise.
