摘要
新课改对学校的发展来说是机遇又是挑战,不断促进教师专业发展是学校持续发展的关键所在。通过教学实践、校本研修、分层培养、教育科研、教师评价等体糸;使不同层次、不同个性的教师都得到有效地发展。
The Reform of New Curriculums is a chance as well as a challenge for the development of a school, while develconing teachers＇ speciality continuously is the key to the development of a school.Therefore, by doing researches on education, doing teaching practice, training teachers on different levels separately, evaluating teachers practically etc. schools can to help the teachers develop effectively.
