摘要
随着市场经济的发展,我国研究生教育必须走向市场化,用市场化机制来保证质量。改变由政府包办的研究生教育质量保障形式,建立由政府、社会和学校共同组成的多元质量保障主体。建立完备的法律法规体系,建立全面、合理、公正、透明和权威的评估机制。并根据社会需要的变动及时调整研究生教育发展目标,经常性地诊断发展中的关键因素,不断完善发展机制,促使研究生教育走向终身化、国际化、信息化。
With the development of market economy system,Chinese graduate education must trend marketization and use market-based mechanism guaranteeing quality. We must change the guarantee form of quality of graduate education by governmental arranged and establish multiple quality assurance subject by government, society and university. We should build a complete legal system and establish an overall, reasonable ,justice, transparent and authoritative evaluation mechanism. And we should adjust the goal of graduate education development in time according to social needs,and usually diagnose key factor of development , and continue to perfect developing mechanism, and urge graduate education trend lifelong,internationlization and information.
