摘要
目的了解寄生虫病综合防治示范区人群土源性线虫感染基本情况,为示范区综合防治工作提供科学依据。方法全县分东、西、南、北、中5片进行随机抽样,采用改良加藤厚涂片法(Kato-Katz法)检查土源性线虫卵。结果共调查2 542人,检出4种土源性线虫,总感染率为55.27%;其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫感染率分别为:42.01%、9.24%、18.14%。钩虫和蛔虫均以轻度感染为主,不同人群感染率分别为:学龄前儿童:49.75%,小学生59.92%,中学生56.21%,成人54.73%。结论示范区人群土源性线虫感染率较高,主要以钩虫感染率为主,钩虫病的防治工作亟待加强。
Objective To realize the prevalence status and character of soil -transmitted nematode infection in the demonstration zone of integrated control of parasitic diseases. Methods The whole county was divided into east, west, north, south, central areas by random sampling. Soil - transmitted nematode eggs were examined by improved Kato - Katz method. Results Stool samples from 2 542 people were examined and the overall infection rate of soil - transmitted nematode was 55. 27% and the infection rate of hook worm, ascarus and shipworm were 42.01% , 9.24% and 18.14% ,respectively. Intensity of infection of ascariasis and hookworm infection was light. The infection rate in preschool children, primary school pupils and middle school students were 49.75%, 59.92% and 56.21%, respectively , while that in adult was 54.73%. Conclusion The infection rate of soil - transmitted nematode is still higher in Tunchang County with hook worm predominates and comprehensive measures should be taken for control of the infection.
