摘要
针对楼盘选择问题,运用层次分析法建立了楼盘选择方案的数学模型,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,计算出价格、位置、环境、楼层等不同准则的权重和相应的准则下每个楼盘的权重,进行层次总排序,得到每个楼盘的综合满意度评定结果。
The essay execute hierarchy analysis established mathematic model of mansion preference combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to work out weight in the different principle of price, location, environment and storey and corresponding each mansion＇s weight by hierarchy ordering and obtained comprehensive satisfying commentary outcome.
