简介了本院伦理委员会的三个功能:教育培训、政策研究和咨询服务功能.并介绍了其四个作用:制定章程和实施;树立典型人物;对医疗纠纷进行咨询、指导;开展新技术等的咨询.
The article brietly introduced three functions of their hospital ethical comitee:e-ducation and traning, policy study and consultive service. At the same time four roles are also introduced; draw up and out negalations;set typical model;consult and direct medicine dispute;carry out consultatiion to new technique.
