摘要
回弹是由卸载过程中内力重新分布引起的,直接影响制件的成形精度。文章针对塑料包覆铝型材拉弯成形过程,对π形状型材等曲率拉弯进行了应力应变分析,用解析法得到了型材的宏观弹性模量,推导了半径回弹公式,并对该截面型材进行了平面等曲率拉弯成形实验,分别得到了解析计算和实际测量的回弹后半径,结果显示了解析半径回弹计算的正确,解析计算和试验值比较吻合。
Spring-back is caused by the redistribution of the internal stresses during unloading, it can affect the precision of the formed part directly. For forming process of aluminum profile cover with PVC plastics, analytic method is used to analyze the stress and strain distributions of π shape profile. Formula of radius spring-back is presented. Through forming test of the profile, the results show that the theoretical value of radius spring-back is agreement with experimental one, the formula is correct and it can apply to calculation of similar workpiece forming.
