摘要
目的探讨不同血压分级高血压病(EH)患者血管内皮细胞功能的变化,进一步了解EH患者不同血压水平与血管内皮细胞功能的相互关系。方法观察128例EH患者按1999年WHO/ISH对高血压的诊断和血压分级标准进行分组,其中EH1级36例,EH2级52例,EH3级40例,对照组30例,分别检测血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血清-氧化氮(NO)、血清丙二醛(MDA)、血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)浓度和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果EH组ET-1,MDA、vWF浓度水平明显高于对照组(P均<0.005);NO、SOD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.001),随着EH患者血压分级的增高,ET-1、MDA、vWF水平也明显增高(均P<0.05,P<0.0001),NO、SOD水平明显降低(均P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论EH患者血管内皮细胞功能受损与血压水平密切相关。
Objective To explore the change of vascular endothelium cell function in different blood pressure grade in essential hypertension(EH) and further study the correlation between different blood pressure level and vascular endothelium cell function in EH. Methods The study was carried out on 128 patients with EH.according to the 1999 WHO/ISH Guidelines for the management of Hypertensian,the patients with EH were divided in three groups:grade one( n = 36) ,grade two( n = 52) and grade three ( n = 40) ,besides these,30 healthy subjects were recruited as normal controls. The plasma levels of ET-1,vWF, the serum NO, MDA and the activity of SOD were measured. Results In EH group,the levels of ET-1.MDA and vWF were significanty higher than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0. 005 ), the levels of NO and SOD were significanty lower than those in the control group ( all P 〈 0. 001 ) . further analysis of the EH patients revealed:the higher the blood pressure grade scaled, the higher would be the levels of ET-1, MDA and vWF( all P 〈 0.05 ), but the lower would be the level of NO and SOD ( all P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusion The vascular endothelium cell dystunction is closely associated with the blood pressure grade in EH patients.
