摘要
目的为了解医院传染病管理的现状,提高医院的传染病管理水平。方法对医院2005-2007年共计3 688名就诊的传染病患者进行了回顾性调查和分析。结果1传染病报告卡报告的及时率、完整率和准确率呈逐年上升趋势,报卡所用时限越来越短。2门诊、病房和感染科比较时,及时率由高到低依次是感染科、门诊、病房,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);完整率由高到低依次是感染科、病房、门诊,差异无统计学意义。结论由于医院的管理措施到位,医院的传染病管理质量在这三年内逐年提高。
Objective To investigate the situation of infectious diseases management in a general hospital, and to improve the management of infectious diseases in the hospital. Method The record data from 31688 patients with infectious diseases from 2005 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The promptness rate of report, integrity rate and accuracy rate were all increasing annually and the report time was shortened. The promptness rate of report in infectious disease section was the highest, followed by outpatient section and inpatient section, and there were statistically significant differences among them （P〈 0.01）. The integrity rate of infectious disease section was the highest, followed by inpatient section and outpatient section, but no statistically significant difference was found among them. Conclusions The management on infectious diseases is very effective in this hospital and the quality of infectious diseases control is improved in the recent 3 years.
