摘要
针对某公司高炉TRT煤气管道系统在工况切换时管道振动大的问题,应用有限元与试验模态分析相结合的方法,对煤气管道进行模态分析,求得其模态数值和振型,为开展煤气管道系统减振降噪工作提供了可靠依据。
There was large vibration in the TRT gas pipeline of blast furnace of a company during changing of operating condition. For this reason, using the finite element method combined with the experimental mode analysis method, mode analysis for the gas pipeline was conducted, and mode value and vibration mode were calculated, which provided reliable basis for decreasing vibration in the gas pipeline system.
