An Empirical Study of the Relationship between External Knowledge Acquisition Paths and Performance of Innovation

摘要 基于前人的研究成果,提出了企业获得外部知识的路径,建立了外部知识获取路径对企业创新绩效影响模型,并以我国86家制造业企业为样本,对外部知识获取路径与企业技术创新绩效的关系进行了实证研究,给出了相关结论。 Based on literature study, the paper defines external knowledge acquisition path. The study employs 86 industry firms in China as the samples to study the relationship between external knowledge acquisition paths and performance of innovation on Chinese condition and bring forward the conclusions.
