Study on Dynamics in Complex Product and Systems Innovation

摘要传统产品创新动态性理论不适用于复杂产品系统创新管理。基于对复杂产品系统性能和复杂性变化的分析,用跃迁型、渐进型、回归型描述复杂产品系统创新的动态发展过程,指出针对不同的创新动态模式,应采取不同的管理策略。 The traditional innovation model in product life cycle doesn＇t fit the complex product system innovation management. A new innovation model is developed according to the analysis of the product performance and the complexity of COPS. The CoPS innovation grows along three paths： revolution, increment and return. Different management strategy is needed in different path.
