摘要
研究以2003～2005年我国烤烟（Nicotiana tabacum）主产省份C3F、B2F、X2F3个等级烟叶中的总植物碱含量为研究对象,研究总植物碱含量各等级年度间变化情况,利用地统计与GIS技术结合的方法研究区域内总植物碱的时间变化和空间分布特征。结果表明,各等级烟叶总植物碱含量年度间空间分布特征相似,均呈由北向南和由东向西方向递增的趋势,且有逐年降低趋势。
Taking the total nicotine content in three grades of flue-cured tobacco leaf（Nicotiana tabacum）-C3F,B2F and X2F from the major producing provinces of China from 2003 to 2005 as the study object,the variability of the total nicotine content in the period from 2003 to 2005 was studied,and the spatial distribution and temporal variability of the nicotine content in the tobacco leaf in these areas were analyzed by means of geostatistical and GIS techniques.The results showed that the spatial distribution of nicotine content in the tobacco leaf in the three years was similar,increasing progressively from the north to the south and from the east to the west and decreasing year by year.
