摘要
由于粗放型的"先发展,后保护"发展模式,造成我国生态环境破坏严重,可持续发展水平低。文章从改变产业结构的根本问题出发,探讨了"边发展,边保护"的发展模式,提出了通过推进产业生态化,实现我国经济社会的可持续发展。
With the fast development of economy, the former extensive pattern of ＂Protection after Development＂ had resulted in severe damages of ecological environment and low level of sustainable development. From the fundamental problem of changing the industrial structure, the author discusses the pattern of ＂Protection with Development＂, puts foreward the realization of sustainable development in all aspects, by promoting eco-industry.
