针刺相关井穴治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察 被引量:26

摘要 目的探讨针刺相关井穴治疗血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)的疗效。方法将60例VD患者按区组随机法分为针刺井穴组和药物组(茴拉西坦),每组30例。检测治疗前后长谷川痴呆修改量表、社会活动功能调查及日常生活活动能力评分的变化情况,共观察30d。结果有效率井穴组为76·67%,药物组为26·67%,两组对照有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0·01)。结论针刺井穴疗法可促进VD患者智能、社会活动功能的康复,提高生活质量,其近期疗效明显优于药物。
