摘要
目的了解护理管理者对护士分层次使用的态度及想法,为建立更为科学、合理的分层次管理体系提供建设性意见与建议。方法对北京市6所三级甲等医院的护理部主任进行半结构式访谈,将获得的资料分析、整理、提炼出主题。结果实施护士分层次使用具有深远意义;合理的人力资源配备、科学的分层标准以及待遇的明确等保障分层工作的实施;高学历护士经过合理培养与锻炼将具有很大发展潜质,而临床工作的监督与指导将是高年资护士发挥重要作用的平台。结论护理管理者关于实施护士分层次使用的态度及建议对建立科学的管理体系具有重要意义。
Objective To understand the opinions of nursing administrators on applying grade duty nursing pattern, and to provide suggestions for establishing more scientific and rational management system. Method A semi - structured interview was conducted on the directors of nursing departments in six Grade Ⅲ Class - A hospitals in Beijing. Results The nursing administrators agreed that it had great significance to apply grade duty nursing pattern. They considered that rational nurse staffing, scientific grading standards and clarified treatment system were the key points to ensure the implementation of grade duty nursing pattern. The nurses with high academic qualification would play an important role through appropriate training, and the senior nurses were well qualified for the supervision and direction of nursing care. Conclusion The opinions and suggestions of nursing administrators on the application of grade duty nursing pattern will provide beneficial reference for the establishment of scientific management system.
