摘要
对卷烟厂空调系统的应用现状进行了分析,主要存在着大流量小温差、水力失调、冷机旁通管过多等问题,由此造成空调水系统电耗浪费严重。通过对分布式变频泵和传统调节阀进行比较,提出采用变频泵替代水阀,在压头不足处增装水泵,通过调节水泵的转速,实现对系统的流量调节,并达到节能目的。以龙岩卷烟厂空调系统为例,计算了变频水泵和调节阀两种方式下电机消耗功率,结果表明,采用变频泵控制水量所需功率小于调节阀方式,减少了电能消耗,提高了系统的稳定性。
The air conditioning system in the cigarette factory was analyzed, some problems were found, such as large air volume with small temperature difference, hydraulic disorder, too many bypass pipes connected to refrigerator, which resulted in serious waste of electricity by water system. The water valve was replaced by a frequency converter pump, and a pump added in the place where pressure head was not high enough, the flow rate of the system was regulated by adjusting the rotation speed of the pump to save energy. By taking Longyan Cigarette Factory as an example, the power consumed by the motor under two different conditions (frequency converter pump and regulating valve) was calculated, the results showed that frequency converter pump consumed less energy and improved system's stability.
