分体桩与铸造桩冠联合修复过短磨牙残根残冠 被引量:3

Insertion-type Divergent Post and Cast Dowel Crown United Restorations of Residual Root and Crown of Molars with Low Occlusogingival Distance

摘要 目的探讨利用分体桩与铸造桩冠联合修复合龈距离过短磨牙残根残冠的效果。方法随机选择28例经完善根管治疗的后牙残根、残冠,且合龈距离过短(<3mm)的病例。利用分体桩与铸造桩冠联合修复后,观察效果。结果跟踪观察6~12个月,28例全部正常行使功能,无一例松动脱落,无基牙松动或根折。结论应用分体桩与铸造桩冠联合修复合龈距离过短磨牙残根残冠可取得良好的固位,并能恢复其正常功能,是一种较好的修复方法。 Objective To discuss the clinical effects of insertion- type divergent post and cast dowel crown united restorations of residual root and crown of molars with low occlusogingival distance. Methods 28 residual root and crown of molars with low occlusogingival distance( 〈 3 mm) were involved in this study by randomized sampling, thenresorted them with divergent post and cast dowel crown unity and observed. Results None of the prosthesis was loose and no abutment fractured after 6-12 months in use. Conclusion The restoration of residual root and crown "of molars with low occlusogingival distance can be improved by means of divergent post and dowel crown united restoration.
