摘要
数字资源建设已经成为医院图书馆文献资源建设的重要内容。本文分析了医院图书馆数字资源建设中存在的资金、人才缺乏和数字资源整合这几个主要问题,阐述了数字资源建设的实用性、系统性、特色化与协调原则,对加强医院图书馆数字资源建设作了探讨,提出针对馆情,突出特色、整合各种数字资源、加强数字资源共建共享的对策。
Nowadays the construction of digital resources has been the major content of document development in hospital libraries. Three major problems were analyzed in constructing the digital resources of hospital libraries as the lack of funds, special talents, and the integration of digital resources, and then the construction principles were elaborates as the principles of practical applicability, systematization and characteristics and coordination. At last the measures were put forward ： focusing on the characteristics of digital resources according to different condition of each hospital library ; integrating different kinds of digital resources ; promoting the sharing and joint construction of digital resources.
