摘要
在胶莱人工海河工程的所谓诱人前景背后,实际上存在4个立论误区:低估了征用土地、搬迁移民的规模与工程造价;其海水交换系统缺乏科学理论依据;泥沙淤积航道将无法保证正常航运;将海水引入陆地,存在海水污染土地、污染水资源、污染生态环境等问题。本文从这4个方面质疑了胶莱人工海河工程的科学性和可行性。
Behind the promising prospect of the artificial sea river that links Jiaohe River and Laihe River, there are four doubtful aspects in its supportive arguments： underestimation of the extent of the required expropriation and the cost of the project; lack of scientific and technological foundation of the seawater exchange system; disruption of normal navigation routes by the alluvials; and pollution of the environment by the seawater led into land.
